Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will work closely with senior leadership to ensure robust financial governance, effective controls and high-quality financial insight across the business.

Key Responsibilities · Lead the day-to-day finance function and manage the month-end close. · Prepare group reporting and management accounts in line with FRS 102. · Provide meaningful financial analysis and commentary to management. · Manage budgeting, forecasting and budgetary control. · Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting requirements. · Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls. · Review VAT and Income Tax returns for accuracy and timely submission. · Lead, support and develop the finance team. · Support the CFO with strategic projects and business planning. |
Experience & Qualifications · Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) with minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. · Experience in multi-currency group financial reporting. · Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills. · Experience managing external auditors. · Experience in VAT and tax reporting. |
